Outside TV

I have a 2009 Tifin Allegro 35qba. The 09, did not come with the outside TV. Does anybody know if you can retrofit that option?? The guy I bought it from has one in the front RH locker but it is low and small.

Thanks
Milton

If your looking for the exact same system then you should check with a dealer or call the factory. Morryde and others make outside TV mounts that will fit into an open bay. Your issue may be the wiring if it wasn't pre installed at the factory. Electrical, cable/ ant coax, and HDMI will be needed. If not, you have to figure out how to get them from the bay to the signal source. I use an HDMI wireless transmitter/ receiver. It basically duplicates what the inside TV sees on the outside one. Works great.

Thanks,

I think I will call Tiffin. The wires and stuff are all in the bay and I think it would be pretty simple to snake them up to the factory spot. There is a HDMI on the coach and a Satellite already and I think the outside is connected to the satellite.

Tiffin will put the outside TV cabinet in for you as well as some of the independent shops in and around Red Bay. The problem and the expense is that whatever is inside the coach, cabinets etc, will have to be modified to make room for the TV.
