Outter cargo door seperated from inner in my 1999 monaco dynasty

So it appears that the outter cargo doors have only 3 rivets in the top (and only on one side), the other 3 sides are glued with some sort of seam sealer. Does anybody know what this material is?

It's more than likely a 3M product used by body shops to glue automotive body panels and other structures together. Any good body shop should be able to reglue your doors.
