Own a newer Bay Star or Gas Winnebago? Bored with your headlights? Good news

I was on the Newmar website earlier, casually browsing the parts catalogue for my coach - just in case there were any tempting upgrades or additions. I stumbled across the halogen reflector type headlights for my 2017 Bay Star and saw it included the manufacturer part number. I googled that and realized these headlights are made by Depo (if you are a car person you know this as a (sometimes good, sometimes questionable) source for aftermarket automotive lighting.

Anyhow - it turns out the headlights in all newer Bay Stars and Bay Star Sports are the exact same as the 2005-2011 Toyota Tacoma. Go figure. I can't stand the lackluster looks and nighttime performance of these headlight housings so I plan up upgrading asap.

There are many OEM and not so OEM (or tasteful for that matter) options out there - just to give you an idea: https://www.carid.com/2010-toyota-tacoma-headlights/

I just thought I would pass this info along in case anyone in the future wants to know.

Happy camping!

That's awesome!!!

I tried driving our coach at night and found the lights to be sub-par and would like to have better lighting just in case. The only issue is I bought used and don't know where/what the headlights are from.
