P30 auto-Park

I have a 33Ft Airstream with Auto Park problems. Where can I find a wiring diagram of the system? If I use the rig every day it works pretty good. If the rig sets for a few days the Auto Park will not release. Cold weather seems to be a problem also. I'm in No. Calif. Does anyone know a good mechanic for this system in the Sacramento area? Jim

Jim,

Use the "Search" function on the 2nd menu bar from the top of the page, and type in "Autopark". This will lead you to lots of information on the system.

Be careful taking this to a dealer. Most places have no experience with system. They just start throwing parts at it. They finally fix it by changing everything in the system. Do your homework and find someone who knows how the system works. There is a guy on this forum that is great on troubleshooting the system. If you are mech. inclined, he might help you fix it yourself. Maybe someone can tell you his name.

Go to search and type in "autopark" like George said. That will lead you to "oldusedbear" (Roger).

Good advice in the above posts. Your best weapon is knowledge. If you do go to a mech, be aware that you may have to do a lot of handholding.

On my ASLY2000, I had an "intermittent" lock up problem especially after a long storage time. Turns out that the pressure relief valve solenoid was sticking in the open or partially open position and the hydraulic pump would not pressurize the system to release the ap BRAKE. Roger, aka Old Used Bear may be able to help as he is the resident knowledge base. There are several versions of the AP system so be sure to quote make, year of chassis (not the house)

Good luck

Steve
