The automatic parking brake that is actuated by the yellow knob on a P32 is a drum brake mounted on the drive shaft aft of the transmission. The brake shoe is available at most auto parts stores, sold as a pair which fit common drum brakes. Note the single brake shoe sold specifically for the automatic parking brake sells for about 10 times the price of a common pair.

p.s. things may be different if you have a very late model P32, say 2005 or 2006

Ike is correct and the link it provides is golden. The last model year for the P32 chassis was 2005 and that is the only year that got the J72 AAPB system. All the previous years have a version of the J71 AAPB featured in the Auto Park website.

If you cooked the drum get ready for an exoensive repair. The auto park brake is a horrible design.

Brazelsrv.com is about the only place you can get replacements for the later system. Be prepared to take out a loan as the parts are very expensive. If you have the earlier system it is cheaper ands easier to repair. There is no repair, only replacement, for the newer ones. Parts alone are more than $5500.

If you need to buy parts are ask technical questions on the phone my suggestion is to call Brazels / Ultra RV products and speak to Alan https://www.ultrarvproducts.com/ the prices may not be the best, but the technical knowledge they have on the subject is up there with anyone.

X2 for Brazels. However, rather than being cast iron, the autopark brake drum is stamped steel, which can not be turned and I don't see this part on Brazel's website.
Autopark is used on step vans and the brake drum & related parts may be found here https://www.millsupply.com/emergency...804.php?p=1207
Also, If or when you get the autopark system repaired, consider installing a "Genie Box" from Roger Haag. This would have alerted you to the brake ON issue http://www.rvautopark.com/autopark-products/

If you need parts besides the drum I would buy the air conversion kit.. Eliminates all the hydraulic stuff.
