Talked to a motor home paint shop for estimate to repair, they didn't want to mess with it. Full body paint job at their shop in 2017 was 33K and the paint has checkered worse than before they worked on it (not my rig). I am now trying to find a good shop that does that kind of work and will stand behind the finished job.

There is a recent thread from an owner taking his coach to Mexico for paint and body work, about half or less cost than in the USA. IIRC the owner was pleased with the outcome.
As far as standing behind the work I think that unless there was a materials or workmanship issue, you're on your own with paint exposed to Mother Nature, just like on your sticks and bricks house.
