Parkbrake stays on, can't flat tow my car

Hey guys.
I have a 2012 bounder 35k ford f53 chassis. My park brake stays on, i have checked and bypassed the sensor on the mechanical park brake under the dash, i also checked the brake fluid reservoir it wasnt missing any brake fluid but i replaced the oil in it just incase. No sensors on calipers for low brake pads, any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

What does the parking brake on your F53 have to do with towing your car?

What type of set up do you have that the toad braking system would show up the MH panel?

I think we need a bit more information. What are the vehicles? Do you have auxiliary braking in the toad?

Who set the car up for towing?

What braking system was installed on the car?

Is the brake away switch activated?

Below is a part of the 2012 F-53 chassis owner's manual (link here).

If the coach's parking brake light and chime are on and you can't make them go off except by disconnecting the sensor(s), you should take the coach to a competent mechanic for diagnosis and repair.

The F-53 parking brake unit is attached to the output shaft from the transmission. Current price for a new replacement parking brake unit, from the Ford parts site (link here), is over $2,000.

I found it is possible to drive the coach with the parking brake engaged. I expect it would not take long to ruin the unit. I appreciate having the light and the chime.

Your description is confusing is it Rvs brake or tow car brake system telemetry either radio or wired . If your getting brake engaged light from car tow system . it may not wired right or brake is slightly engaged due to poor adjustment to brake unit itself mechanical. Or brake light stitch OEM or secondary added switch for tow system either can be needed/used depending . Those may be engaged when it's not supposed.

The issue is in the Rv, it started before i even connected the car, i just meant it also appeared in my towed car that the park brake is on , i guess it transmitted the error to the towed car from the Rv, i have blue ox patriot 3 portable.
System was installed by a trailer hitch professional.

If it’s the RV parking brake, sometimes pads if wet when parked will rust to the drum or rotor. If you can get the coach to move that may fix it.

Personally I would go back to the "professional" installer. They maybe professional they may just call themselves that, but the problem seems to originate with the installation.

The problem started before i had the flat tow system, i just thought it was a glich since it went away after one time it happened. Light came on again and stayed on second time also before the flat tow system was installed. Btw the didnt do any work on the Rv but on my truck only. A mechanic was working on the issue all day today and still no resolution. He was Eliminating possible issues as low brake fluid, the little switch on the mechanical lever for the park brake, low fluid sensor in reservoir and Abs module. I have no sensors on brake pads and my parkbrake behind transmission is cable operated. Next thing to check is if the cluster went bad. Sorry for creating a confusion with my flat towed truck, it has nothing to do with the issue. Also thanks for everyones comments as im new to this forum and just under a year with my Rv.
