Stay far enough inland so the tide does not envelope your rig. I do not think your rig would be bothered otherwise unless direct salt spray was hitting it.

So being I am parked in the middle of Saskatchewan at the moment, is that chart claim a good or bad thing?

A lot has to do with water temperature and wind. West coast probably no problem water 65 degrees or less. Gulf coast lived there water temperature 86 degrees in the summer high wind beware. East coast colder so may not be a problem. Where I lived in Texas was on the coast we never drove our good cars on the beach and the beach vehicle was always older and rust proofed. A new car driven on the beach has a life of less than 5 years. I used to see million dollar motorhomes camped on the beach for days. These too will have multiple problems rust never sleeps.

Wells, ME

Parked on side of secondary ocean highway in Wells, ME to pick up carryout Lobster and Clams.
While awaiting our pick up order I saw a Town Police Cruiser drive by our RV. No problems.
Atlantic Ocean waves crashing against the shore rocks with a very very light mist hitting the side of our RV.
