Let me know how this turns out for you. DeMartini has a couple of used units that have caught my eye, but I live all the way out in the bay area. Good luck!
Thanks,
James

Coach net or GS I am told have a list of third party inspectors? Give that a shot. If so please let us know, this question is posted very frequently.

While not the same, I had my sister and her boy friend check out a MH at
DeMartini in Grass Valley this last spring. They are both truck drivers and have a good idea what to look for. They even called me while they were there so I could have them check out certain items. We did end up buying it sight unseen other then having the sister check it out. So far we have been happy with it and have not had any un-expected issues.

BobCovey and Mr M:
I will probably be at DeMartini RV on Saturday or Monday. I can take a look at your target rigs and provide some feedback if that is any help.
I am not a Tech and would require no payment.
If you are past the initial screening event and need a Tech's services, I am not your guy.
PM me with any instructions.

Folks,
Just to close the loop on this, we went to Dimartini RV and bought a 2003 Monaco Exec 43SDDS. The coach was on consignment and had been clearly well cared for on the inside and outside, so we decided to put our faith in Dimartini's pre-delivery inspection service and buy it. We pick it up next Friday.
Thanks for your help on this. I'm sure we'll have lots of questions as we get familiar with it.
Cheers,
Bob

Hope that everything good as well for you as it did with us this spring. We were pleased with the crew at DeMartini and they did address/fix things that I found on the PDI. I think that they might have thought that I was being 'picky' but I used to inspect equipment once mechanics 'thought' they had the work complete. Hence I look for things that some do not.
Have fun with your new MH.
