We purchased ours from National Barn. They did all the construction. I had a concrete floor poured with rebar reinforcement and had it wired for 50 amp service. Fully enclosed with double sliding doors, windows and a walk through door. National Barn has built 2 of these for me in Tennessee. I do recommend them.

When I ordered mine 5' studs on center was standard with approx. 2' truss bracing, I special ordered with studs on 4' center, increased truss braces to 8' long and closed side walls half way down all to help stiffen against windy days.

I have a carolina carport 20x40 metal building and it's holding up fine after about 7 years...I am very pleased with it.

We also bought from Carolina Carports. Ours is 20X50 with 14' walls and our 40' DP fits nicely under it. Our only problem is getting out of the car or opening the bay doors when we park next to the MH. If you can go wider, I would suggest it. With the added height, it is very easy to walk on the coach roof for maintenance.

Because metal buildings have side braces that limit how close you can get to the side of the garage without the top of the RV or RV awning hitting them.

Wood Pole Barns are braced differently so you can get real close to the side thereby having full use of the covered space. Go look closely at the metal garages and you will see. Speaking from experience. Like I said I have a metal one and I have to be very carful pulling in and out plus I have to park in the center of the garage to have good clearance on top.
