Sometimes that can be the jacks leaking down. I have a single front jack at it eventually got worse. The repair was to replace one of the valves at the pump. There are two valves per jack, one in and one out.

Next time you stop and have the jacks set, tale a measurement of the exposed inner shaft of the jack. Measure it again the next day.

Welcome to irv2 Paul.
Make sure with all jacks re-tracked that the jack fluid in tank is at the proper level which is indicated on line of bell vent rod.

re: Popping noise

I would try sitting for a few days with the jacks up. This may tell you if the noise is coming from the jacks.

Another possibility is a slide creeping in.

Do you have a hydraulic bedroom slide? To avoid this sound in our Journey we have been told to always extend the slide completely and wait for a count of three or so to release the switch after the slide reaches the stop. This is to avoid getting air in the lines which can cause these slight retractions. Worked for us.

Just another thought.
