Power gear electric slide sticks
Hello, my slide sticks at top if i push on crown molding it will go out then comes in fine. In other word bottom is moving out but not the top. System is electric power gear rack not cable. Any thoughts are welcome , it is the kitchen slide

The seals can get sticky and cause what you're describing.
A sock with baby powder can be applied to the seals which helps. There are also sprays for this...but I've just used the baby powder every once in a while.
