Power Gear Jacks won't Auto Level - HR Vacationer

I have a new H R Vacationer and the Power Gear jacks won't Auto level. I can get them to go down on manual. I have downloaded the owners manual and found that the error code of 2 lights and green power gear logo error code, I think means that the unit needs to be zero'ed out. In reading it says that the control box has an aux. connection that I think pertains to an Air Dump of which my gas unit does not have.

So my question is : Is the aux. only for the air dump or could the slides be connected to this system?

Just to say the obvious,... You are not hitting auto after you have it in manual mode correct
