Power Gear Levelers

Hello,

Had an issue where my jacks would not come down at all. Panel was showing one jack down and when I looked underneath you could tell one had not fully retracted.

Took it to the dealer since it was under warranty and they had to replace the motor on one jack since it had binded and wasn't working.

We were lucky in the fact that the PowerGear factory folks were there giving a class to the techs. They actually performed the diagnostics on our coach.

They stated there are some issues with the motors and they have been upgraded but won't replace the old ones unless they go out. I can understand that policy since they are in business to make money and why fix what isn't broke

Since most or all PowerGear levelers come with a 2 year warranty, we are not really worried about it, but wanted to pass on the information we heard from the factory techs.
