Hi and welcome to the forum.
I have moved your post into its own thread to avoid hijacking the thread you posted it in.
What kind of levelers does your coach have? If they are made by HWH they usually have a control box somewhere under the coach with a leveling circuit board inside. There are two adjusting screws which allow you to adjust the board until the leds on it go out... meaning the board is level and will get the coach level in the future. I don't know if that's the "reprogramming" you're referring to?
Same question on the jack manufacturer. Who makes them. It's common for jacks to have trouble retracting. The typical design calls for them to be retracted by spring pressure when the hydraulic pressure extending them is removed. Problems arise when the jack rams get dirty or debris builds up on the jack pads making them heavier to retract. Many of us clean the rams with either WD40 or a silicone lube.
Good luck.
