Power window, 1992 Ford Class A 35' Pace Arrow
My power window, driver side, went down but will not come up. The motor works. Apparently the shop where I took it said one of the gears is stripped and having a hard time locating a replacement. Apparently the motor in this 1992 MH is flatter than the others.
Can anyone come up with a solution/location for parts, part number etc.
Many thanks.

Have you talked to Fleetwood? I have replaced several from this time period. We always got the complete assy. from fleetwood. There # is 1 800 368 8348 for parts (this may be a dealer #) If # not for public, call 1 800 325 6385

1david, I had a 94 pace arrow with the same issue. I sold it before I fixed it, but if I remember correctly there are plastic ball bearings in the power window unit that fail, and cause this issue. I was told that this is the same window motor/ assembly as a Ford F-150 from the same era. Fleetwood couldn't help me with a part, so I took the inside panel off to get at the part # as I was going to rebuild the motor . I ultimately just put a board under the window to keep it from falling and called it a day

Mine went bad also, it was the plastic gear "slugs" in the motor. About $7 at Advance or Auto Zone, same as in motors for car power windows (kwikee step motor). You can pull the window up while pushing the up control, couple of suction cups at the bottom of the window glass will keep it there, until you get it fixed.

Here is the thread I read last year. Pics are gone but the thread has the link to the ball bearings. Maybe a body shop or good Rv shop can rebuild it

Sorry in my post #4, I should have mentioned at that time I had a 1996 PA Vision.
