I assume you've turned them off, waited a few minutes and the tried again...sometimes that resets them. You can email PG, don't bother calling, all you'll get is a recording saying to send them an email.

Are both the chassis and coach batteries connected? Parking brake set? Transmission in Park?

It is a 2001 Fleetwood discovery with hydraulic lifts.
Yes in Park with brake set and in Park.
Yes both the chassis and coach batteries are connected.
Thanks

I would email power gear. info@powergearus.com
You'll get a quick response and hopefully an answer. Update us when you can.

Check to see if the emergency brake light is lit on the instrument panel. If it isn't lit--try pushing the e-brake pedal repeatedly until it comes on.
You may be able to lubricate the switch with a spray lubricant by crawling under the dash(not fun). Fairly common for that switch to be the problem.
Without that light --the levelers won't extend.

Do you have a pump whinning sound with no movement in the levelers? If so do you have or does it sound like it is not under a load, free [wheeling]and whinning. If so you may have a faulty dump valve or bad gears in your pump motor.

None of the above. Only a light on the dash controller. I hear nothing from inside or out.
Thanks

Had a similar problem with mine and it was a bad pump motor. New motor and all was fine. To help find out, run a check to see if the motor is getting power, if not, check fuses and house batteries.

Check the fluid level, if you are low the pump will not engage. There are also 3 or 4 fuses located in the control box (mine in located under the console that the panel is located on, trace the wiring)

Don't know if you have the same controls as I do but this is what I did:
I called Power Gear and they told me to remove the control panel and unplug the 2 smallest connectors, wait 30 seconds and replug and it worked.
