PowerGear Leveling System problem

Hi. We have a 2018 Winnebago Sunstar 29. We are just beginning a 3 month trip and at our second stop, for some reason our stabilizer jacks (leveling system) won’t go down. No noise, nothing. Have tried the troubleshooting suggestions in manual, but nothing works. We traveled far on a bumpy highway, could we have shaken loose a wire? Is there a fuse for this and where is it? Can we manually lower jacks? How? Luckily, we are on a perfectly level slab at this park.

Thanks!
Moniki

Control panel lighting powered up?
Brake on?
No noise at pump?
Have you tried resetting system?
