Problem with 110 Circuits, Inverter/Charger?
Usually keep my MH plugged into a 30 amp circuit in a garage. Go in it almost every day.
Two days ago, 30 amp breaker was blown. Garage door breaker blown. Reset both.
NOW the 110 circuits in MH don't work. GFCIs won't reset. A/C and fridge work. Microwave does not. All breakers in coach are OK.
Dimension inverter/charger control panel lights up, but unit will not charge house batteries. Turn on MH engine, and house batteries fully charge but will not hold charge after ignition is turned off. Voltage goes down rapidly. Batteries were good before this event.
Turn generator on. No change. Nothing works (A/C, etc.) with gen only.
Anyone have a similar problem, or have any expert advice? Thanks.

I'm there! Replaced the Transfer switch, batteries now charging. Changed 2 blown and fused breakers. EMS with show Invert but there is no power to outlets. So I bought a stand alone 1000 watt inverter and now I'm ready (with my extension cord). This winter I'll fix it.

There may be a circuit breaker on the inverter that is thrown.

There IS a 30 amp breaker on the inverter housing, but it is not activated. There is also a fusible link that I can see, but it is OK.

I will check the transfer switch. Where were the breakers?
Thanks for the advice.

Rather than guess, Use a multimeter to follow the voltage trail and check input and outputs of components to figure out where the voltage is not being transmitted further.

Don't forget to inspect GFI plugs.

Is your fridge working on 110 or the 12 volt? If Your Ac is working on generator and 110, then it's not your transfer switch. It sounds like your outlets that run thru the Inverter are not working, not sure how your inverter is wired, but I have a breaker feeding the 110 to the inverter and another breaker for the 110 coming out

Fridge was on 110. A/C would work on shore power only.
Opened up the transfer switch today. Found a rectifier that looks like it suffered some damage. Ordered another today. This may be the problem, or one of them anyway.
Thanks to everyone for replying.

GFI's won't reset if there is no power supply to them.

What do you mean by "Not Activated" Reset it, Even if it does not appear tripped Reset it.
