Problem with tankless water heater.

I just installed a new Furrion tankless water heater. I have hot water at the kitchen sink, but luke warm at the lavatory and shower. I am perplexed as to why that is. Thermostat is set at 122 degrees (max ) and the kitchen faucet is
that temp. The other fixtures are luke warm, maybe a 98 degrees. I've let the water run, but it doesn't get any hotter. Does anyone have any insight to why i have this problem?

This unit does not have an outdoor shower and the tankless Furrion is a 60 btu unit. When testing the different fixtures, all other fixtures were in the off position. Keep in mind we live in Texas and the temp of the incoming water is in the low 80's.

Have you checked the qte of water that flows throught each faucet, a tankless has a maximum gpm that it can heat. Maybe you kitchen faucet has less gpm so It gets more time to heat

Thak you for the information. Turns out I have a faucet fixture in my black/grey water bay that was open. Its used to wash off hoses after use. That faucet has a sprayer and both hot and cold were on. I closed both hot and cold and bam, the heater issue was fixed. YOUR A GENIUS!!
Thnk you again for that valuable information..
