Problem with Upholstery "peeling" Thor Aria ? Solutions / Options

Our 2019 Thor Aria has recently started having issues with the upholstery "Pealing" and "Flaking". Apparently it is out of warranty. Has anyone here had such issues and how did you deal with the issue?

Other than completely recovering the seats... including theater seats, dining room seats and front driver and passenger seats.... Are there removable covers available?

I've been told it will cost between $5K and $7K to recover.

Any help will be appreciated.

This has been an issue for all RV brands. If you have Flex-Steel upholstery, contact Baure RV Upholstery in Debuque IA with the numbers on the tags located under the seats. They have all the Flex-Steel patterns and can provide replacement skins. We had ours done at their shop in July and are quite happy with the results. We have several friends that have used them as well.

Yep , same issue on my 2018 Pace Arrow. The Factory sent me replacement material . When they get uncomfortable I'll take to have upholstery shop in my home area do the job with out the dealer keeping it 6 months on their lot

Same with our 2016 Fleetwood Bounder. Started peeling just before 3yrs old. Had warranty but warranty rep said was normal wear. Normal if you have bonded leather seats I guess. Replaced all furniture with complete set fm Seats4sale.com. Great replacement, but took 5 mo to deliver them. Under $5k.
