Propane warning light

we just bought a 1999 Dutch Star DP and just noticed the propane warning light (sensor) is not working. Any ideas what I should check? Thanks a lot to everyone for all your help

The LP detector? I bet it's bad, needs to be replaced, and someone cut the power wire to it cause it was beeping . . . cause it's probably aged out, bad, and needs to be replaced.

Some have an inline fuse on the back-side. When ours in the 5er aged-out, I replaced it with one from Menards. It was still functioning normally when we sold the 5er. LP detectors and CO detectors have a functional lifespan just as smoke detectors.
