Proper paperwork when buying new

We have found a dealer that has really worked us on what we want and we are getting very close to putting in our order for our new Rambler MH. Once the dealer & I agree on all the final options, pricing etc., etc., what type of deposits, proper paperwork, receipts and obligation contracts or whatever should follow?

How about 10% down with money back if Rambler is not up to par. Be sure all paperwork is signed by manager, finance person or owner....not just a salesman.

Do not sign away your old RV title, if any, until deal is done.

Others will chip in with better info, I'm sure.
