Property Taxes

Is there anyway to avoid a state property tax when you live in with a $300,000 Motorhome?

No. Not here anyway. Your coach is a vehicle and you have pay your county vehicle property tax at the same time that you renew your registration at DMV. DMV then forwards the tax money to the county of residence listed on the registration.
NC does not have a "state" property tax, only county and city property taxes.

None here in WA on my $750,000 MH, but the almost 10% sales tax hurts.

We live in TN and only paid sales tax when we bought the coach. I think we paid $12 title fee and my plates are only $80 a year.

I should have added that my yearly license fee is less than $130 for it.
