I KNOW that floor plans are personal preference, and I appreciate that everyone will say it's up to me.
What I want to know is for those of you that have had a split bath or have had both kinds, can I hear your pros and cons.
We are still in the process of buying and have nothing to compare to other than we are consciously trying to make the coach as "home-like" as we can.
The unit we are most interested in that has a split bath seems rare and hard to find, so wanting to get input to how important this will really be and if we should hold out and find the coach that has split bath.
We are looking at Newmar NewAire 3341.
Thanks ahead of time for your constructive useful input

Couple of things that come to Mind -
"home-like" and 33' do not really Compute
So "Mission needs to be Clear"
If you think about trying to Combine as much into as small a space as possible a couple things to Keep in mind - Hallways that are just Hallways are a waste of space - weather around the bath or too the Bedroom - if the area/hallway has a second use - as the bathroom - it allows more space in other areas. Either the Bedroom or the Living Area or both can be larger.
One more suggestion - think about the use of the Coach - Today and in say 5 years, will it change?
https://www.newmarcorp.com/diesel-mo...re/floorplans/ - it appears to me that most people would be happier with the more open feel of the 3341.
