ProTrek Extended Service Agreement

I have read several threads on "extended service contracts", some good, some not so good and of coarse those that suggest, "save your money" in a rainy day account. I've narrowed my search down to two contracts, one of which is ProTrek backed by Dealers Alliance Insurance.

Has anyone actually purchased a Protrek agreement and had any experience with a claim?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I have the Pro Teck extended warranty policy and have had to use it 2 times so far, and have had no issue with them paying out for the repairs.

Thanks, D Lindy for your reply to my post. What were the $ amounts if you don't mind sharing?

Off the top of my head it was around $4500 for the Emerald package, with tire protection for 7 years.

Thanks. Sorry I was not more specific, I was inquiring as to the amount of the two claims.

One was for the Maytag Residential fridge, and the other was for the battery solinoide switch. The main reason I went with Pro Teck was it's recommendation from people on the RV Dreams Community Forum which is comprised mostly of full time RVer's.
