I've never heard of a potential buyer demanding the seller to pay for information they want or need to make the decision to buy or not. That call would have lasted about 30 seconds. My offer..."Come see the unit, if you like it, you are welcome to the VIN and you can get your own report. Oh yeah, have a nice day". Click.
On those 'I (we) can help you to sell your whatever' calls, once I confirm there is no intension to buy, I hang up with no further response. Same with similar emails...no response, delete.
