seller is at 210k and I am at 185k. NADA wholesale is 165k.
2. Could someone please kinda of rank the coaches that offer bunks in order of quality of overall product.? We have two children and have decided the bunks is the best option for us versus pulling out a couch every night.
Thanks for the help!

What are the date codes on the tires? 8 tires will cost around $ 4,800. Does he have a complete set of service records in chronological order showing engine and chassis services every year?
With 100,000 miles in six years it shows the coach did not do much sitting, which is not a bad thing, but the transmission should have been serviced once if not twice and the coolant changed at least once.
3000 hours on the generator indicates a lot of off the grid time, which again is not bad, just look for generator services at least every 250 hours.
Given all the above in good order, I think $210k is a bit much, more in the $190k to 195k for a really nice coach.
