Question about outside cable hook up

95 Win Brave, I don't have an outside cable hook up per say, but do have an outdoor "entertainment center"

can I hook up a coax cable from the pedestal to the outdoor entertainment center cable outlet to get "cable" inside the RV??

I am going to guess that on the pedestal side there is a cable hook up on your Coach that is wired to the inside and also to your outdoor entrainment center in the photo. I would say that the coax out jack in your photo is for a outdoor TV. I suppose you might be able to back feed the TV signal? I can't imagine that being you input for your Coach?????But maybe?

Pretty sure you have a cable hookup in your wet compartment. Get on your knees and look up, near where the exterior light switch is mounted and you should see it. That is...if a previous owner hasn't remodeled the compartment for you. What your picture shows is for an outside TV, but will probably also backfeed the coach.....never tried it myself, so just guessing on that one.

I have checked for a cable hook up on the outside of RV, don't see one, also look at the schematics as well does not show one.

I would agree with you this coax outlet in the ES is for an outdoor TV

I don't have a "wet compartment"

might just have to wait until I take it out and try to backfeed.

suggest you check inside the compartment where your shore power cord is stored or the compartment where your city water hookup and holding tank dump valves are located. My 2004 Suncruiser has the exact same outdoor entertainment center and my catv hookup is inside the compartment with the water hookup and dump valves. That way, when you hookup to shore power the catv hookup is on the same side.
