Guessing that your rig is a '08 or so? Allegro? Class A?

If so, look for a switch on the dash that has two positions, Main & Aux. Often it'll say Radio near it. Flip that see what happens.

If it doesn't do anything for the radio, check power going to it if you're dash cover comes off easily like many of that era. There could be an inline fuse going to the radio back there too (but usually the radio fuse is up under the front hood).

Not unusual for dash radio to have an inline fuse or even one plugged into the back of the unit it's self .
Radio may have to come out for fuse access.

In our 01 HR the fuse for the radio is in the house 12vdc fuse panel and we have switches to turn the power to the radio on in the bedroom and on the dash. Power is supplied to the radio from the house batteries, I'm not 100% sure but I believe all power to the radio is supplied by the house batteries.

I hope this helps, good luck with a little perseverance and the experience of the folks here I know you'll find the problem.

Radio

Thanks for the responses. It’s a 12 allegro breeze dp. It has one of those clip on faces for radio. I’ll see if I can take the front of dash off and check it.

My Sony ( AM/FM/CD ) has a removable face plate , and there are two tabs to push down to slide the unit out of the dash ,once the faceplate is off , takes less than a min once you know how.
With the fuse location , I guess they figured they'd better make removal quick.
Info would be in the radio owners manual if you have it.
I can post pictures , but things could have changed in the 13 years between our coaches being built.

Is this what yours looks like? I think I can pull off that little black trim and not sure what to do after

Ok , different than my old unit , mine needs a small tool .

Tabs I've marked in red , along with the yellow circle maybe an indication that the guts just need to be released from the housing , then slide out .

Can you post make and model info off the face plate , I'll look for an install manual .

I have a 2012 Breeze 32. Do you have the original JVC radio still in there?

Do you have a radio switch like mine? It’s the first switch in this picture. These are the switches below the steering wheel to the right side.

Radio and satellite

My radio model is the jvc KD S26.
Also just got the Wally receiver in from dish network. Does anybody know how to hook it up? I’ve got the wineguard stationary satellite on top. Sticker on plate in front cabinet by windshield says setup for direct and consult manual for dish network application. Well I can’t find much info in Manual for dish network. I used coax from the cabinet to my receiver and turned switch on winegaurd and sounded like it just kept spinning and spinning. As far as the tv goes I never could see anything like a setup menu for satellite
