Is the 14,500 the GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating)? If so, your motor home must be a Class B or C.
Or are you posting the "capacity" (the amount above the GVWR you can carry/tow)? in which case your GVWR is probably around 30,000 to 33,000 lbs.
If the 14,500 is the GVWR - your ramps are fine.
You are not lifting the entire MH with the ramps. If you take 80% (a high number. It's more realistically going to be under 70% on the end with the engine) of the GVWR and use that weight as your "lift weight" your at 11,600 lbs. Your ramps are rated for 12,000 lbs so they will support your MH safely.
