If the 14,500 is the GVWR - your ramps are fine.
You are not lifting the entire MH with the ramps. If you take 80% (a high number. It's more realistically going to be under 70% on the end with the engine) of the GVWR and use that weight as your "lift weight" your at 11,600 lbs. Your ramps are rated for 12,000 lbs so they will support your MH safely.
