I have a 93 itasca sunrise and I'm trying to figure out where the battery is located for the chassis. I know where the auxiliary batteries are and I've read the manual and have gotten under the "hood."

Hello and
I have a 1999 Adventurer I'm working on. I'm not sure if yours is the same, but my chassis batteries are under the entry steps. There should be a latch to release the second step, lift the step out and there they are. Hope this helps!
When I bought the RV the previous owner told me the batteries under the steps were only the auxiliary batteries. 🤔 It would make sense for all of them to be there I guess.

With my Adventurer, there are three batteries under steps. Two are chassis, and one for engine start. Test in case I'm wrong in your case by eliminating connection and see which battery disconnects ignition. Careful not to short out terminals accidentally by turning wrenches and moving jumper straps around.
