I had a very unpleasant experience with Global Electronics.

Sent them my powergear leveling touch pad and controller, they talked great customer service on the phone, provided an estimate and had me pay them before work was started (mistake) ...in 3 days I got components back, wouldn't work, I return them only for this to happen 2 more times....but after 3 attempts they said it couldn't be repaired.

That's ok, I understand, but then would not refund my money of $720.00 had to get my CC to reverse it.
Wanted to give me "house credit" for the next repair I sent them.

It seems like a boiler room type of sales, I still get calls from them asking about sending them my "boards" in for repairs.
