Have you looked at the starting capacitor to see if the top is flat? That's normal condition. When they fail, the top often is bulged and that pulls loose the connections inside the 'can.' Much information about starting capacitors on Google and YouTube.

Punctuation would make your initial post more understandable.

here is an update to our Winnebago 35f 2011 with no rear a/c or fan operation. I removed the supply line(120v) from the circuit board panel and wired in a 3-prong extension cord and plugged into bath outlet and all functions with unit work ok.i went back to supply line and still have no 120 between black and white wire. have 120 between black and green.I am not sure where the supply wire ends up but I know it goes through roof. Looking to trace it back to its origin to check its output there. Fuse panel???

You might have a loose wire in the breaker panel. Remove the cover surrounding the breakers and check all wire clamps on the buss bars.

Check the outlet at the AC unit. Pull it down and actually check the wires coming into it, the outlet could be bad.
