Rear lights are not working 2006 HR Imperial

Hi all
I have a 2006 HR Imperial with the tail, brake, flashers and blinkers not working. The last time I remember them working was just before I started to leave with Toad attached. Only it wasn’t all the way on and the chains and wires got somewhat stretched. Any thoughts on what it could be? I have checked all of the fuses and relays that I can find and they are all good

The common thread here is none of them are working - and the common thread to that is - GROUNDs.
