Reel that retracts power cord not working

I have a Newmar with a power -power cord retractor. It motor runs when the retract button is pushed but it is not pulling hard enough to retract the cord.
Is there an adjustment that can improve the pulling power?

Should be tension adjusting screws on the unit. My Glen Dinning has yellow tension adjusting screws on it.

Make sure all the bolts are tight. Ours came loose and did not allow the pinch roller to grab the cable tight enough.
