Yes it is but you need to be sure to properly bolt it to the floor

As Chargerman posted, not a problem but once you figure out how to get the new item thru the door or window come up with a mounting idea to keep it in place while going down the road. Doesn't need to be fancy just needs to hold it in place.
Swapped a love seat sleeper for a dual recliner. Minor modification to the base so I could bolt it down with 3/8" lag bolts into the floor. If it ever comes loose I have bigger problems than an air born recliner flying around.

Yep, one of the worst things that older MH builders did was to put dollhouse furniture in motor homes.

One think to mention. If there are seatbelts on the furniture you are replacing you need to be sure to fasten the furniture very securely or in the case of an accident the furniture will move but the occupants will not.

Some friends of mine took the couch out and put 2 recliners in. They said they needed to be wall huggers, but it worked out fine in their RV.

Done exactly that in both the last rig and now this one. In fact we did it in a third rig too.
Tookba couch out and replaced with two LaZBoy recliner/rockers in the last rig.
Took a Stressless chair out of the present one and replaced it with a LaZBoy.
