does anybody where the relay that swiches the charging system from chassie to house batts 2013 vista 26he

I am pretty sure the Vista does not have a charging circuit relay for charging Chassis battery bank from generator or shore power. There should be an isolator that will allow charging of the house battery bank from the alternator when the drive engine is running. You can call Winnebago customer support to be sure.

The Battery Isolation Solenoid (relay) is in the step well, open the battery access and there should be a panel that is removed with two twist type fasteners.
