Removing beds/dining nooks

If I start removing twin beds(want to install a queen) and a u shaped dining nook( to big and don't want) what will I find. Are the walls and floors finished or will I find unfinished and have a lot more work to make it look good. Are there any books that will show how to rehab a mh, do minor repairs, etc.
Thanks/Jim

Most of the booth of dinettes just screw into the floor and rarely leave any marks on the walls. The walls are typically premade as one unit, it should be finished behind the dinette.

In most RV installations, the carpet is placed, covering the entire floor, and then the furniture and even cabinets are placed atop the carpet.
