Replace driver's side door seal or weatherstripping

Hi all,

I did a couple searches, but did not find anything yet. I will probably want to replace the driver's side door seal this spring, on our 97 Pace Arrow 34' RV. During a hard rain last summer, we had some water dripping down from the top of the driver's door.

Has anyone done this? Just wondering if it's an easy job.

It's packed away and covered for the winter, so I can't even easily look at the door to see if it's just "glued" on, or what.

Also, any suggestions on where to purchase the stripping?

We have a '97 Rexhall Aerbus with a drivers side door. It was making a little whistling sound and some water was getting through. I couldn't find a direct replacement seal from Rexhall since they are out of business so I researched a variety of different seals from Lowes, Home Depot, etc. I went with a rubber seal (not foam) that has multiple channels and was about the same width as the original. I removed the old seal and cleaned the channel thoroughly. I installed the new seal. It seams to have worked perfectly as it cured the noise and water leak. Good luck!
