Found boxes and traced wires

I have three boxes.

Perimeter View : Camera controller Model 20-VS-001 (LARGE BOX ON BOTTOM)
This box has a total of 4 RCA cables.
BK UP yellow RCA coming from Silver Box yellow RCA rear camera
R TURN black RCA right side camera
L TURN white RCA left side camera
Video 2 output yellow RCA goes into NESA box video input.
Plus it has a multi-color bundle of wires to a plug.

Silver Box: TNQB002 (SMALL BOX ON L). This box must receive initial Rear Camera and converts it to RCA.
Large black cable labeled BKUP
Yellow RCA going to Perimeter BK UP yellow RCA input
Bundle of wires. BLK/RED/BRN/ORNG plus a green and white wire not connected but have quick connects.

NESA MVA-4 (1 in and 4 out gain control) (SMALL BOX ON R) Video output 2 is a large blue wire labeled CAM. Video output 3 red RCA goes to stereo head unit rear camera RCA port. Video input yellow RCA from perimeter view box. It also has a 12V input with both a red and black wire. This unit has a red led showing power.

Perimeter View box is failing somehow: it's controlling the side cameras switching when turn signal is sent and they only come on briefly and they should automatically stay on until turn signal switch is off.

The front center dash camera switch works when selecting sequentially each camera view. As do the two rear bedroom Intellitech camera switches viewed on rear TV.

With video being present from each camera I suspect you cameras are all good. This then takes me back to the selector noted above. The MVA-4 is just an amplifier/ splitter. They use this to maintain video stability as video contains 1 volt and if you split it without an amplifier it looses frames.
You are correct. Actually the problem lies with the head unit. I was able to isolate with a separate camera and monitor and it worked perfectly. Turn signals and reverse etc. I was delaying putting in the new head unit until I confirmed function and wire hookup. I was chasing dead squirrels on. I will update once head unit in. However when I pulled out of Silverleaf I unhooked shore and retracted slides and drove back to RV site. Once there the slides didn’t work at all. No lights at either panel and HWH reset switch at front panel did nothing. I’ve never used reset switch before skim not sure what I should see except that it “work”
