Our Class A coach is electric only, so I had to get rid of my Weber Q. I went with the Ninja Woodfire electric grill. It’s about the same size as the Q1200. It has a little wood pellet compartment to provide smoke even though it’s an electric grill.

We like the charcoal taste over gas. Yes some parks don’t allow charcoal grills or open wood fires. In that case we punt.
We don’t leave home without the little Smokey Joe for small jobs, and a full-size 22” Weber. I also bring the rotisserie kit, and the Pizza Kettle attachment. Pizza cooked in the Weber is awesome.
I usually do prime rib with the rotisserie for Christmas, and rotisserie turkey on Thanksgiving. No reason to suffer when south for the winter!
The little grocery outlet store here in Quartzsite had 10lb bags of Kingsford charcoal for $5. I bought a few of them.

was in the hardware store in rio hondo, tx a few years back. while waiting in line i saw a weber charcoal grill that was about 8 feet in diameter. asked the cashier if it was a prop , and he said it was a special order and the customer refused it after delivery. on sale for $2000.00, half price. i thought that after cooking 50 steaks on the grill, you could dump the coals and turn it into a hot tub

I’m a Big Green Egg guy at home. Unfortunately many campgrounds out west don’t allow campfires or charcoal grills due to the dry conditions. It’s gas or electric when we’re on the road. I’m looking forward to using the wood pellets on the Ninja to see if they really add smoky flavor as advertised.

I picked up the parts needed to connect to my RV's propane supply from Propanegear.com

Replacement for Weber BBQ
About 5 months ago I purchased a Napoleon TravelQ 285. So far I love it.
Napoleon TravelQ 285 Portable Gas BBQ Grill, Propane, Blue Lid - TQ285-BL-1 Two burners, Cast Iron Cooking Grids, Ideal for Camping & Tailgating https://a.co/d/gKaGPA7
Prior to that I had their O’Grill 3000. It worked great for years, but like your Weber, it was getting old and I was ready for something different.
It was a little pricey, but probably not more so than a Weber.

Reading through this got me thinking. For those places where charcoal is prohibited, I'm thinking about throwing in my vintage (1960's) Coleman 2 burner gas grill. It's not pretty, but still works like a champ! We already carry a couple of cast iron skillets, so I could use this in a pinch! While burgers and other meats are the best over charcoal (IMHO), they are certainly not bad seared off in a HOT cast iron skillet!
Doesn't smoke up the RV either.

The Weber Q is still my favorite grill. I've had a Baby Q and larger Q220, very happy with both. I also have the Blackstone 22, it's way to heavy to bring out every night on the road. For convenience, IMO, I'd go with another Weber Q or the small Blackstone griddle.

Bought a Weber Smokn Joe at an ACE Hardware store in TN back in 2008 for $20
Used it for 7 yrs FTng and for another couple yrs after we bought S&B then went to a FULL size Weber
Love charcoal
Now have a Propane Grill and not too impressed but it is easier/less hassle then charcoal

I've been a long time charcoal user and have had several Kamado kettles through the years. My go-to now in my RV is the Weber Go Anywhere Charcoal, compact size & built like a tank, with the versatility to do a beer-can chicken in such a small footprint. There's a real cult following behind this brilliantly designed little BBQ, tons of videos on YouTube.

Weber Q1200 here.
Once I figured out that the LP outlet on the side of the trailer was down stream from the tank regulator, the cooking got faster. It took me a couple of cooks to realize that there was a regulator on the Q1200 as well! Now I hook direct to the tank.

I rebuilt my Q100 about five years ago and it is still going stong. Just a new burner and a good cleaning is all it took. We also carry a 17" Blackstone and use it alot. but I like my steaks and chops on the Q.
