Replacing Couches

The wife and I are looking for either a new fiver or a Class A. We're still torn between the two, for various reasons.

One thing that has been universal in the Class A's is the uncomfortable couches. In our fiver, we just replaced with Lazy Boys, problem solved. Any issues replacing couches in a Class A that I should consider?

If I bolt down the replacements, can the seat belts still be used with them, assuming I can get them thru the cushions?

I'm sure there are things that I'm not considering - those that have done it, what are your lessons learned?

When you replace with recliners, how are you securing them for travel?

Our slides are shallow so we bolted some 2x4s to the slide and then bolted the chairs to the 2x4s.

Some models of rigs, whether motorhome or trailer, may have a furnace under the sofa, heating ducts routed through a front panel, ducting or hoses behind/under a sofa, etc. If you plan to swap sofas after buying, pay attention to what is under or behind it.

The more upscale brands have much better furniture, both more comfortable and longer lasting upholstery. One of many small factors that may not be readily apparent when shopping, yet may make it more worth the extra dollars.

We replaced our sofa with theater seating from Lambright furniture (from BraddandHall). Very pleased and seatbelts work. Bolts down to floor same as original.

Not sure what the leather furniture is in the Tuscany but it is original, wearing well, and comfortable. Couch and Theater seating are both comfortable, fold out bed not so much.

We replaced our existing old un comfortable jack knife with these two Flexsteel sleepers and they fold out and are extremely comfortable! Seatbelts don't come through but to be honest, no one inside our coach use seatbelts anyways except in captains chairs. New couches not cheap

We would like to replace one of our couches with a pair of these. Are there bolt holes that are left showing in the carpet when you remove a couch?
