Replacing Radiator Electric Fan
I own a 2012 Thor Serrano, and I have to replace both of the 12 volt 80 watt fans. The prices span between $25 - $200. Anyone have any experience with this type of project? Attaching a picture for reference.

Get the good ones. The old saying " You get what you pay for" applies.

Electric fans
Are you sure both fans are bad and not sending unit? Just a thought. Fans can go bad as I had a factory recall on my Travato.

I agree with the post that said stay away from the cheap Chinese ones. They don't last, they're noisy, and probably not very well balanced.
Looking at your picture I'm trying to understand what they're cooling. One is running, one isn't. Are they powered from the same source?
The bug splats on the motors make me think they're pusher fans for the AC condenser. But they're not lined up with it, or anything really. It would help to know why you want to change them, failure or poor cooling?
Replacement is the 2 bolts and nuts visible on the top of each, and 2 more on the bottom, the electrical. Measure the diameter and look for the same size, that mount is very common. Cover the radiator and other coolers with cardboard, the fins are really sharp, it will save your hands and protect the fins.

As I tried to move turn them manually, they were hard to turn and rubbed against the sides. I'm assuming since they are electric that they should turn freely.

Hot rod shops. Jegs, Summit, Speedway Motors, sell lots of electric fans. The two biggest issues you will have are the mounting and the electrical connection. If you use butt connectors to splice the wires make sure they are the waterproof variety so you don't create electrical issues down the road. Good luck.
