Well, that is a difficult question. apparently Samsung does say you can on some models. depends on the unit. Many here have done it successfully for years but there is no guarantee.

Yes it’s the GWE19JMLES. Fit completely perfectly in the hole after removing caster from bottom and some framing from the Dometic installation. “Counter depth” was an important part of search since I only had a 24.25” opening to work work with without removing a window. Doors of brought it through the entry at 24.125”

Samsung also makes one that fits but all of my instincts were telling me to avoid Samsung as this would not be a task I want to repeat.

Pure sine wave. There is a little more efficiency loss due to shape of the sine wave vs a square wave (“modified sine wave”) but some appliances and particularly digital controllers do not like the modified sine shape and may not function correctly. Again, I hope to install only once.
