Road Trip Ottawa,On. to Hamilton, MO

Hi,
Can anyone help me with a route from Ottawa, On to Hamilton,Mo? Heading out on Sept. 11th in a 35 ft. MH with car on dolly. Wanting to avoid major highways like the 401 and find RV Parks along the way. Thanks so much

If I were going that far, I would take the main roads like the 401, 94, 80 to DesMoines, then 35 to the Kansas City area. A good road atlas will be loaded with side roads that can make the trip just what you want it to be.

I might go south immediately and enter US in NY. Then, you can go the freeway or secondary roads. Plus diesel is cheaper in the US. I do recommend a stop in Shipshewana, IN. The RV museum is nearby and the Amish communities are great. A great state park in the area is Pokegon.

If you don't use RVParky app, I suggest you give it a try. I love it. It doesn't have Harvest Host & Bookdocker sites, but it has almost every other camping sites.
