Roof caulk

I need to re-caulk the seam where the awning rail and the fiberglass roof meet. Winnebago calls for a white urethane part number 072889-10-000. What would be an equivalent caulk? Dicor self leveling would flow into the seam. Would that be a good choice? Maybe the non-sag formula or something totally different? I did a search and there was as many recommendations as people that posted replies.

That is exactly what I did; one has to be careful though, too much makes a mess and overflow fills the rain gutter. I removed as much of the old sealant as I could with a plastic putty knife first, then cleaned the area and allowed to dry before applying the Dicor sealant. The self-leveling ran down into every void and left a small bead atop the rail. I did both sides of the roof/metal channel joint that way.
