I used EPDM Liquid RV Roof coating. I purchased it online and had it shipped (I think it was 10 gal for a 34'). I first washed the roof with a hose, soap, and large brush. Let it dry.
Find a day when it is not going to rain for a 3 days. I purchased a paint mixer for my drill from Home Depot and mixed the 2-part rubber roof coating 5 gal at a time. You need to mix it and then use it immediately because it has an epoxy like setup time.
I also purchased a large paint roller with a 6' handle. I started at the front and rolled it on. Make sure you put it on thick and double coat any seams. I worked around the AC and antennas. I did each side and left a 1 foot strip down the middle until I got to the rear. I then went back and did touchups and also coated the 1' center strip.
It looks like new and has a 10 year warranty. It also stops the white stuff bleeding down the sides.
I should add that EPDM rubber roofs are very good and even used on some commercial buildings.
