Super Dave got the roof back up to snuff last night. Again, thanks Dave!
Here are pics.
That radio antenna was horrible. Dave didn't send me that pic after he re-caulked it, or the plumbing vents...

Amen to that Cliff! It sure is! I'd be tearing my hair out without his talents, having to run the coach over to a dealer for all these things!

That's Whem2Fish, he's a jack of all trades, you name it, he can do it!
He did comment on how nicely that Dicor flowed and leveled. It does look good, and he did the front and back caps as well. I didnt get a pic from him of the plumbing vent or the radio antenna which he showed me last night, he'll send them and I'll post them as well.
I need to get another tube or two of Dicor though because he said the 2nd plumbing vent needed some attention soon, but it is okay and we are waterproofed for now. I'm embarrased at how I let the roof go over the last 2.5 years, I'm such a dirtbag! I only hope that those cracks and leaks did not do damage to KC that's for sure. Also, I'll be super diligent about that from now on. Such a learning curve on these things!
Oh yeah, also he found a spot on the ladder support penetration too that he fixed. I didn't get that pic either....
Dave send me those pics, the antenna after, the plumbing after , and the ladder. ! Thanks!

I am smiling.... I just refuse to show you my caulking work.... but NO Leaking... I have been up on the roof getting my prep work for the solar panel install. This will constitute the last phase of a year long project to get a solar charge system on my rig. One tube of sloppy sealing will get me by....hehehehehehhehe. I will have boondock independence after this month.

I might take a shot from a distance.... let's see if Google Earth has me located on the planet yet. Actually ..I am proud of the work i did to revive the roof on this rig. It should have been replaced but I coated it and the Liquid Roof....the Eterna Bond and Dicor lapseal....did better than my expectations. The next time I do a roof job on this again ...if ever...will be to do a complete tear down and EPDM replacement. Sweat... labor.... improvement.... Ahhhhhhhh! I say the brackets for my solar panels do a great job of keeping the roof healthy..... I should just completely cover the MH with panels. VSHEETS is the king of panel coverage

Craig, do you have before/after pics?
It helps to have pics and I'd like to see the job. Lots of hard work, and you obviously know what's up with all the roof stuff, so if you can share the pics that would be great and help others too.
Thanks!!

Kent: I will see if my gal has any photos....I am not the photo taking type... I get caught up in the mode and action....I get going on something and do not stop until job is done. I will comment that once the white coating comes off the EPDM roof material.... the black rubber cracks and really deteriorates. I had a great look at this.....and the Liquid Roof....saved me several years of work. I will try to keep in mind...if I decide to replace this roof.....to let you have a full look at what it is to pull a roof apart and fix all the underlayment and any rot. I am thinking that I might want a longer rig....36+footer.... with a slide....mine is just plain jane.
