Finally got the Garmin 770-LMTS and I absolutely love it love it love it. I have the free trial Sygic on my phone as a just in case. Thanks go to all of you for your support and feedback

Glad you got the 770! Make sure you install the Smartlink app on your phone and connect it via Bluetooth to the 770. Then, when traveling, just open the Smartlink app. It'll connect and provide live traffic updates (and rerouting if necessary). Every month, check for updates. You may notice a small "down arrow" addition to the Settings icon if one is available (I THINK it's the Settings icon!). Also, connect to your wifi if you prefer to get updates without connecting anything. Best to start the updates before going to bed!

My wife says I am nuts, and just want to make my dash look like a fighter cockpit, but we have 4 GPSs available, with the Garmin 660LMT being the one we trust the most. Its programming for our 5er is superb, and has saved us more than once. We always have 2 of the units displaying the route at any given time, and when there are disagreements, we take the time to figure out why. My complaint about ALL GPSs is the lack of recent updates to streets and highways.
